  • the commission goes trough several states during its life cycle. The conditions for moving from one state to another are strictly defined and entering another state is possible only after accomplishment of all these conditions and approval of responsible cooperants with sufficient rights.

  • enables to define the team, planning and then controlling the progress of financial paramenters of the commission connected with its realization (financial list). It is possible to watch the planning and the achieved values.
  • the system contains also the utility for planning nad controlling the achievemets of each commission with possibility of several views based on criteria (plan of achievements)

evidence of earnings expenses

  • every member of realization team creates the enrolment about working hours and solved commissions. These are the background information for sallary proposition for this member. These information are processed in financial list module, in which the user is enabled to controll planned and real earnings expenses.

summaries

  • the users with sufficient permissions have the possibility to preview the information about the commissions (book of commissions), expenses (earnings, management, administrative, ...), sales and bussiness gain, sallary summary, commission summary (economics, profitability of commissions). It is possible to export the data into .xls format.

Organizácie s hierarchickou organizačnou štruktúrou charakterizuje potreba skupinovej tvorby, intenzívnej výmeny a kontroly množstva predpísaných podnikových dokumentov. Klasické spôsoby izolovaného spracovania dokumentov v papierovej podobe a neštruktúrovaných elektronických dokumentov sa čoskoro stávajú úzkym miestom v podniku. State administration portal PDF Print E-mail

Information portal is based on the open-source portal Liferay (www.liferay.com). Liferay is open source portal with leading position on today's market, using the latest Java and Web 2.0 technologies. It offers all the parts needed for running successful web page, it doesn't matter if it is a public web site or intranet site.

Liferay cooperates with all main application servers (JBOSS, WebLogic, Oracle, Tomcat), databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and operating systems (Linux, Windows). Standard installation contains more than 60  pre-installed applications (portlets).

Using the information portal means for the company ability for using the virtual space, concentrating, sharing the data and cooperation.

The portal contains hierarchically sorted organization structure. There is a separate list of application, defined for every unit which can be accessed by user. Every user has access to the pages of the organization, of which he is member.

The portal contains the public part, which can be accessed by all users and the private part. Only autenticated users can access the private part of the portal. Portal supports several autenticating schemes (basic - name, password, LDAP, OpenId). It also supports SSO (Single sign on) using the Kerberos autentication system (supported by IE and Firefox browsers).

The access to portal functions and applications is controled by access permissions. These persmissions can be grouped into roles, which can be assigned to the users.

Information about the users can be updated automatically (imported) from existing data sources by LDAP protocol.

Site layout can be set up for every user of one organization by organization administrator. Users by them selves are able to set up their page layouts, if they have sufficient permissions to do this.

Links
Administrator is able to define intranet and internet links for portal users. These links can be sorted into categories or tree structure. The portal gives the users the opportunity to navigate through the portal or all over the internet.

News
Portal contains the system for sending the messages inside one organization structure. With this application users with sufficient permissions are able to create messages, which can be then sent to group of users. There is also searching interface implemented in the portal. With this interface the access to the messages is much more confortable.

Mail, Calendar
There is an e-mail client (Groupwise) integrated in the portal, which enables the users to fully control their e-mail accounts (sent, recieve and administer their messages). After adding this portlet to the page the user has fast and easy access to all the valuable information.
The calendar is integrated the same way.

Fulltext search
Fulltext search through all the files on the server is integrated in the portal. The users can use the simple or advanced search interface for finding the results.

File manager
For saving the files on the server, creating the folders and browsing the folder structure simple file manager is used.

Information portal also enables the administrator to integrate existing third-party application into it.

 
Use of Liferay portal in state administration PDF Print E-mail

Our solutions can make the everyday work procedures in state administration and organizations easier. In these days, the paperwork can make a lot of mess in enquiries and replies, and make the whole process uncomfortable and slow for the citizen, and for administration worker too.

As an example, you can imageine several types of enquiries, permissions (building), and other documents. With our solutions, the person, which creates the enquiry would recieve information about this enquiry state. Meanwhile the responsible person would get notification about new enquiry.

To create an enquiry, the citizen would just fill a form on a web page of this particular organization. The enquiry for would be available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and the citizen would be able to fill all the information from his own home computer, without useless waiting in lines and unpleasent paperwork.

The documents would be checked automatically, and the citizen would be notified about missing or wrong documents.

The mail message would be generated for the citizen, which would contain detailed discription of created enquiry and also necessary fees details.

Use of this solution would make state administration work more efficient, easier, and most of all - convenient for the ordinary people, who struggle with the useless paperwork.
